Renting out Private Lodging – Exhibition Accomodation – Holiday Flats in Hannover
Nice to meet you here. We offer attractive apartments for companies during fairs and for private people for holidays.
Each apartment is a functional and cozy stand-alone non-smoking unit and is designed for the occupation of 1 person. The apartments are divided into a living- working- sleeping room, a kitchenette and a separate bathroom.
The clean and modern apartments are situated in a semi-detached house with a separate entrance in close proximity to the fairground. The house is only used for the tenancy of the apartments and no private people are living in there. All rooms are equally furnished and contain flat TV, radio / alarm clock, WLAN, desk and fridge.
Cleaning and aeration are done on a daily basis, change of towels bi-daily.
Renting Conditions
Minimum renting duration is 4 nights. All 4 apartments are offered for the whole duration of the respective event and have to be rented all together. Charges for cleaning, towels and bedclothes are included in the basic price. Excluded is minibar, change of guests during renting period, and final cleaning.
Surrounding Infrastructure
The Hanover fairground can be reached in a convenient and quick way. The metro station is just 80 meters away from the house, walking to the venue south entrance is possible in around 20-25 minutes, driving time by car to venue and car park south is 6-7 minutes.
Restaurants of different culinary nationalities are available in close proximity, bakery with seating accommodation accessible by 5 minutes walk.
Dentists, doctors, pharmacies, a hospital, a bank, a hairdresser and a supermarket are located close to the object. Furthermore, a large well managed shopping center is accessible by 12-15 minutes walk.
Sufficient parking space is available in front of the house. A local recreation area can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance.
